Reading Therapy (Bibliotherapy) for Anxiety

  1. Great tips. As someone who dealt with stress and severe health anxiety for years, it's nice to give back to others. Reducing your negative thinking as you mention is so important. Simply because when we live in a state of reaction, we rarely recognize the effects that those unconscious negative thoughts have on our emotions and physical body. Great share
